Site Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Execute and supervise civil works for landscaping projects, including hardscape, softscape support works, irrigation, drainage, and external development.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, specifications, and site layouts.
• Coordinate with landscape designers, project managers, vendors, contractors, and site teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed according to quality standards and timelines.
• Manage site manpower, materials, equipment, and resources efficiently.
• Ensure proper execution of levels, measurements, quantities, and site requirements.
• Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, measurements, and documentation.
• Identify site challenges and provide practical solutions for smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and project specifications.

Preferred candidate profile

Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or related field with 14 years of site execution experience. Candidates should have hands-on experience in landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, drainage, drawings, BOQs, site measurements, manpower and contractor coordination. Good communication, problem-solving, reporting, and site management skills required. AutoCAD knowledge and landscaping/civil project experience preferred.
