Job Description

A Site Engineer in the Lift Manufacturing industry supervises lift installation projects, ensuring they meet design, safety, and quality standards. They conduct site surveys, coordinate with stakeholders, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain project documentation to ensure timely and compliant completion. Strong engineering skills and safety knowledge are essential.

Roles And Responsibilities

• Monitor and supervise lift installation projects, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, regulatory, and client specifications.
• Conduct site surveys to take accurate measurements of shafts, landings, and motor rooms.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, architects, and clients for smooth project execution.

• Review and verify equipment orders for compliance with design specifications.
• Provide technical support to site and commercial teams regarding lift designs and site requirements.

• Maintain project documentation, including Bills of Materials, design drawings, test sheets, and installation records.
• Track project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Implement safety practices and ensure site compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Resolve on-site technical issues promptly to avoid delays.
