We are seeking a skilled Site Engineer to join our construction team in India. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of engineering principles and hands-on experience in managing construction projects. This role involves overseeing site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and collaborating with various teams to deliver projects on time.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to design specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure timely project completion.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with building codes and regulations.
• Prepare and submit daily reports on site activities and project status to management.
• Manage and supervise on-site construction teams and subcontractors.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 4-9 years of experience in site engineering or construction management.
• Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with various stakeholders.
• Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively under pressure.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
