Role Description This full-time Site Engineer role is an on-site position based on project location. The Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervision of erection of PEB Structures, coordination with civil and structural engineers, and ensuring adherence to design specifications. The role involves monitoring quality control processes, checking materials and workmanship, and maintaining site documentation and reports. The Site Engineer will communicate regularly with project managers, contractors, and client representatives to track progress, resolve issues, and support safe and efficient site operations.

Qualifications

• Strong on-site supervision skills with experience managing fabrication and PEB related projects.
• Effective communication skills for coordinating with teams, contractors, and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of quality control practices, standards, and inspection procedures.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Understanding of safety regulations and site compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and make sound technical decisions.
