Site Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily site activities and monitor construction progress.
• Ensure all work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and the project team.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards and safety compliance.
• Monitor manpower, materials, and equipment usage at the site.
• Prepare and maintain daily progress reports and site documentation.
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
• Ensure timely procurement and availability of construction materials.
• Verify measurements, quantities, and work completed for billing purposes.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular project updates to management.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, safety regulations, and statutory requirements.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
