Requirements

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in construction site execution.
• High-rise construction experience is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in site supervision, RCC and column work.
• Good knowledge of construction drawings.
• Basic/working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience in residential, commercial or infrastructure projects.
• Good coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities.
• Handle site execution, measurements, layout and column preparation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors and site teams.
• Monitor quality, progress and material usage.
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings and project standards.
