Site Engineer

Company Profile: Our client company is Manufacturing Geosynthetics Products.

Role: Site Engineer for Industrial projects

Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the design team to understand design intent and requirements
• On-site execution of geosynthetic works
• Coordinate with contractors, site supervisors, the manufacturing plant and vendors
• Conduct trial installations in accordance with the design and report to the office
• Ensure installation follows approved drawings, specifications and installation methods
• Monitor quality, workmanship and material usage
• Maintain site documentation, checklists and quality records
• Ensure safety practices are followed at site
• Report site progress, issues and deviations to the design team
• Resolving site-level technical problems in coordination with the design team

Candidate Requirements

• B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Civil Site Supervision / Site Execution.
• Good understanding of civil construction practices.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications and installation methodologies.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Fluent in Gujarati and Hindi.
• Should be able to read and understand technical notes/instructions in English.
• Geosynthetics experience will be an added advantage.
• Must own a two-wheeler for site visits and local travel.
• Must be based in Ahmedabad
