Job Description
KSR Realty is looking for an experienced and technically skilled Site Engineer with mandatory experience in plotted development projects to oversee site execution, infrastructure development, quality, and progress.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities for plotted development projects.
- Monitor land development, site levelling, road formation, drainage, stormwater systems, and other infrastructure works.
- Ensure construction activities are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and labour teams.
- Monitor material requirements, site resources, and work progress.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure quality standards and safety procedures are followed.
- Coordinate surveying, marking, measurements, and plot demarcation activities.
- Prepare daily progress reports, measurement records, and site documentation.
- Identify site issues and coordinate with the Project Manager for timely resolution.
- Ensure project activities are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 37 years of relevant experience in civil engineering and real estate projects.
- Mandatory experience in plotted development / layout projects.
- Knowledge of site levelling, road works, drainage, surveying, and infrastructure development.
- Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and technical specifications.
- Strong site supervision, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
