Site Engineer - Sports Infrastructure (Asphalt / PCC / RCC / Courts)

ChampCourts Private Limited (Hyderabad) builds sports courts and surfaces across India for schools, academies, builders and institutions: acrylic and PU courts, PVC and PP-tile flooring, EPDM and synthetic tracks, synthetic turf and padel courts.

We are hiring Site Engineers and experienced Site Supervisors, including one Site Lead, to run our project sites from base to handover. We want sharp, hands-on people who can grow fast with us.

Role & responsibilities:

- Execute the base: excavation, GSB/WMM, PCC and RCC, levels and slopes, curing. Execute asphalt or bituminous bases where specified.

- Supervise sports-surface installation: synthetic turf, acrylic and PU courts, PVC and PP-tile flooring, EPDM and synthetic tracks.

- Supervise fabrication and erection of poles, nets and fencing.

- Manage a site crew of 5-15, daily progress, material checks and site safety.

- Keep measurements and BOQ records, report progress with photos, and handle client handover.

- Travel to project sites across India 15-20 days a month.

Must have:

- Hands-on site experience in RCC and in asphalt/bituminous work (base, levels, slopes, compaction).

Preferred:

- Sports-surface experience (turf, acrylic, PU, PVC flooring, tracks, courts). Tell us the projects you have done.

- B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Civil. Experienced Site Supervisors with a strong record are also welcome.

- Pole and fencing fabrication and erection.

- Hindi, plus working English. Telugu is a plus.

- AutoCAD and BOQ/billing skills.
