Site Engineer / Site Supervisor

Role & responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for an Fresher OR experienced Site Engineer / Site Supervisor to handle cooling tower installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and site coordination activities. The candidate should have practical knowledge of cooling tower components and be capable of supervising manpower and ensuring work is completed safely, correctly, and within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate cooling tower installation and erection activities at project sites. Also manage site manpower, including technicians, helpers, and subcontractors.

Carry out cooling tower servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities.

Coordinate with the client/site team regarding site readiness, work fronts, shutdowns, manpower, material shifting, scaffolding, and other requirements.

Check foundation dimensions, equipment positioning, levels, alignment, and installation quality.

Prepare site reports, daily progress reports, material requirement reports, service reports, and completion reports.

Ensure that installation and service work is carried out according to company procedures and approved drawings/instructions.

Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, PPE requirements, and safe working practices.

Required Technical Skills :

Basic to good knowledge of cooling towers and their components.

Practical experience in cooling tower installation, servicing, maintenance, and commissioning. ( If any)

Ability to read and understand GA drawings, and foundation drawings.

Ability to prepare basic site reports using MS Excel, Word, WhatsApp, and email.

Fresher or relevant experience in cooling towers, HVAC, mechanical projects, or similar field work.

Candidates with hands-on experience in cooling tower installation and servicing will be preferred.

Should be willing to travel and work at different project sites across India.

Should have good communication and coordination skills.
