Site engineer - Residential Projects

Role & responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil/construction activities at the site
• Ensure work is executed as per drawings, BOQ, and quality standards
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and labour teams for smooth execution
• Track material requirements, consumption, and inventory at site
• Monitor project schedule and flag delays/deviations to the Project Manager
• Ensure adherence to safety norms and statutory compliance at site
• Maintain daily progress reports, site registers, and measurement records

Preferred candidate profile

• Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering
• 2-6 years of experience in residential/real estate construction
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Project/Excel
• Strong on-site problem-solving and coordination skills
• Willingness to be based at the project site
