Site Engineer - Project Engineer Solar EPC -Electrical & Civil

Key Responsibilities:

A. Electrical Site Engineer / Project Engineer

• Supervise installation of solar PV modules, MMS, inverters, and combiner boxes.
• Execute DC/AC cabling, earthing, lightning protection, and transformer installation.
• Coordinate HT/LT systems, switchyards, and grid connectivity works.
• Interpret SLDs, electrical layouts, and technical drawings.
• Support testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization.
• Monitor site progress, material utilization, quality, and project schedules.
• Ensure electrical safety, quality compliance, and proper site documentation.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project teams for timely execution.

B. Civil Site Engineer / Project Engineer

• Supervise surveying, land grading, leveling, and site layout activities.
• Manage piling, pull-out tests, and MMS foundation works.
• Monitor construction of control rooms, inverter stations, and other project facilities.
• Execute internal roads, drainage, boundary walls, and fencing works.
• Ensure quality in concrete, reinforcement, formwork, and curing activities.
• Monitor material quality, measurements, and construction standards.
• Coordinate with civil contractors, subcontractors, and project teams.
• Ensure site safety, daily progress reporting, and timely project completion.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
• Technical Skills: Knowledge of solar project execution, engineering drawings, site supervision, quality control, and construction safety.
• Sector Experience: Relevant Solar EPC / Renewable Energy experience is mandatory for experienced applicants.
• Site Management: Ability to coordinate contractors, subcontractors, work crews, and material requirements.
• Personal Attributes: Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, ownership, and execution skills.
• Mobility: Willingness to relocate and work at project sites in Maharashtra and Rajasthan.
• Work Environment: Comfortable working in outdoor project locations and construction-site conditions.
