Job Summary

Executes daily site activities, supervises crews, maintains quality records, and supports work-front coordination.

Abhipsa Construction is seeking Site Engineers for our Operations Maintenance business to run day-to-day highway maintenance activities across our Odisha corridors.

You will translate the maintenance plan into daily site execution, keeping quality, safety, and progress records current at all times.

Responsibilities

• Execute daily site activities as per the approved maintenance programme
• Supervise site crews and manage work allocation across maintenance fronts
• Maintain quality records, test logs, and measurement books
• Support work-front coordination with clients, consultants, and vendors
• Ensure compliance with MORTH specifications and site safety standards
• Report daily progress, material consumption, and deviations to the Project Manager

Qualifications

• B.Tech / B.E in Civil Engineering
• 4-6 years of experience in highway OM or road construction
• Working knowledge of NHAI OM requirements and MORTH specifications
• Ability to read drawings and prepare measurement and quality records
• Good communication and team supervision skills

Preferred

• Experience on NHAI annual maintenance or concession-based OM projects
• Familiarity with patrolling, pothole repairs, and emergency response works
