Site Engineer / Mechanical Engineer

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day mechanical works at project sites.
Oversee installation and execution of HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and other MEP mechanical systems.
Ensure work is completed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.
Review shop drawings, technical drawings, material submittals, and method statements.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and other engineering disciplines.
Monitor manpower, materials, productivity, and site progress.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate with QA/QC teams.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports and maintain site documentation.
Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
Identify and resolve technical and site-related issues.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
37 years of experience as a Mechanical Site Engineer / MEP Engineer.
Hands-on experience in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and MEP installation works.
UAE/GCC experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of mechanical drawings and site execution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
Excellent communication, coordination, and team management skills.
Knowledge of UAE construction standards and authority requirements will be an added advantage.
