Site Engineer Manager

Job Scope and Responsibilities

• Civil Execution of Building/infrastructure Projects with high end detailing, finishing and Technological advancement vis a vis current industry standard.
• Coordination with consultants for GFC's, aesthetic, contemporary and technologically advanced building structures.
• Shuttering, Concreting, Blockwork, Plastering with new and cutting edge technology.
• Preparation of management reports, DPR, Work Progress Reports (WPR) etc.

1. Communication skills be able to converse and communicate with a wide variety of individuals. Should have clarity of thought.
2. Team skills — be able to motivate the team and bring different parties together to have them working effectively. Be able to convince the team on shared vision. Be able to set expectations, build confidence with stakeholders and navigate the organisation to growth.
3. Systems skills — be able to understand systems and processes quickly. Be able to establish or change processes to suit the dynamically changing business environment.
4. Safety and quality skills — should have a loud voice for safety and drive every ounce of quality thinking and execution, possible.
5. Decision making/problem-solving skills — should have an analytical bent of mind, must be able to “pull the trigger” on a daily basis.
6. Presentation and facilitation skills —will be expected to provide regular updates to the reporting manager and/or senior leaders.

Educational Qualification:

• Diploma/Bachelor in Civil/Structural Engineering.

Work Experience:

• Minimum 05 years in reputed organisations.

Language Proficiency
