Job Position : Site Engineers

Job Location : Dubai

Interior fit out Site engineers manage and oversee Site projects, ensuring work aligns with plans, safety regulations, and budgets. They are responsible for project planning, supervising daily activities, coordinating resources like labour and materials, and liaising between the construction team and other stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure project completion.

Key responsibilities

• Project planning and management: Develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Site supervision: Oversee daily Interior fitout / construction activities to ensure work is performed safely and according to specifications.
• Quality control: Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify that the construction meets the required standards.
• Resource management: Coordinate labour, materials, and equipment to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
• Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the Site team, clients, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving: Identify and resolve technical difficulties to keep the project on track.
• Safety and compliance: Ensure the project adheres to all safety, environmental, and legal regulations.
