Site Engineer (Interior Execution)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct accurate site measurements and verify them against approved drawings.
• Review technical specifications, drawings, and BOQs before commencing execution.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, designers, and internal teams.
• Monitor site activities to ensure quality execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Supervise modular cabinetry, wall panelling, false ceilings, civil work, and other interior works.
• Track material consumption, maintain measurement records, and minimize material wastage.
• Prepare daily and weekly progress reports with site photographs and maintain pending work lists.
• Monitor project milestones, resolve site issues, and ensure timely project handover.
• Maintain quality standards, manage vendors, and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Knowledge of residential interior execution, technical drawings, BOQs, and material management.

Experience

• 1-5 years of experience in residential interior execution or site engineering.
• Experience in handling vendors, contractors, site measurements, and project coordination is preferred.
