Site Engineer/Graduate Engineers Trainee (GET)

Role & responsibilities

• Assist in execution and supervision of industrial project activities at site.
• Experience in execution of 11/33 KV overhead line and underground cable works
• Successfully completed one or more electrical projects.
• Ability to handle contractors, labour team and ensure efficient work execution.
• Support electrical erection, installation, testing, and commissioning activities.
• Assist senior engineers in project planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Understand and follow engineering drawings, layouts, and technical specifications.
• Coordinate with site supervisors, technicians, contractors, and project teams.
• Monitor work progress and ensure activities are completed as per project schedules.
• Assist in maintaining daily site reports, material records, and work documentation.
• Follow company standards and project-specific quality requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) procedures at the work site.
• Identify site-related issues and coordinate with seniors for timely resolution.
