Site Engineer – Civil (STP)

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise STP civil construction and site execution activities.
• Execute works as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and quality standards.
• Monitor daily site progress, manpower, materials, and contractor activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project teams.
• Check site measurements and support billing and quantity verification.
• Prepare daily progress reports and maintain site documentation.
• Ensure proper quality and safety standards at site.

Requirements

• 2–8 years of experience in STP / Sewerage / Water Infrastructure projects.
• Experience with a Construction / Infrastructure / EPC company preferred.
• Strong knowledge of RCC, excavation, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and finishing works.
• Ability to read and interpret civil drawings and BOQ.
• Strong site execution, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
