Site engineer Civil (RCC)

We are looking for an experienced Site Engineer (Civil) to represent our consultancy at the clients project site for supervision and monitoring of civil and RCC works associated with industrial projects, particularly Steel Melting Shops (SMS) and Rolling Mills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor the execution of RCC buildings, overhead water tanks, industrial shed foundations, raft foundations, pile foundations, pile caps, and equipment foundations.
• Ensure that construction activities comply with approved structural drawings, technical specifications, and applicable codes and standards.
• Monitor workmanship, reinforcement placement, formwork, concreting, and other critical civil construction activities.
• Review site conditions and coordinate with the client, contractors, and the consultancy’s design team to resolve technical issues.
• Identify and report deviations from approved drawings and specifications, and follow up on corrective actions.
• Maintain site inspection records, progress reports, and quality documentation.

Technical Requirements

• Practical knowledge of RCC construction and industrial foundations.
• Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and reinforcement details.
• Knowledge of relevant codes and standards, including IS 456, ACI, and IBC.
• Good communication, coordination, and site reporting skills.
