Site Electrician

Experience: 4 to 7 Years
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure / Industrial / EPC

Qualification

• ITI / Electrical Trade Certificate / Diploma in Electrical.
• Valid Electrical / Wireman Licence is mandatory, wherever applicable.
• Candidates with construction, infrastructure or industrial site experience preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out electrical installation, wiring, cabling, lighting and power distribution work at project sites.
• Install, maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, motors, equipment and site electrical systems.
• Identify and rectify electrical faults and breakdowns.
• Carry out routine inspection and preventive maintenance.
• Read basic electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure safe working practices, PPE and electrical safety requirements.
• Coordinate with Electrical Engineers, supervisors and other site teams.
• Maintain basic records of electrical work and maintenance activities.

Required Skills

• Good practical knowledge of electrical installation and maintenance.
• Electrical fault finding and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of construction/industrial site electrical work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical drawings and wiring.
• Good safety awareness and discipline.
• Valid Electrical/Wireman Licence.
