2. Labour Management
3. Site handling
4. Monday to Saturday 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
5. 2 Wheeler license Compulsory
6. Experience 1 to 3 years.

Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Civil Engineering with the ability to interpret and implement technical drawings and specifications.
• Experience working as Civil Engineers on building or infrastructure projects, preferably in residential or mixed-use developments.
• Proficiency in Planning and site coordination, including scheduling, resource allocation, and progress tracking.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Familiarity with construction codes, standards, and safety regulations applicable in India.
• Ability to work on-site in Chennai, manage multiple stakeholders, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and timely delivery.
