Role Description The Site/Architecture Engineer role is a contract, on-site position based in Talegaon. This role is responsible for overseeing daily site activities, coordinating with civil and structural engineers, and ensuring that construction work aligns with design specifications and safety standards. The Site/Architecture Engineer will monitor quality control procedures, inspect ongoing work, and support resolution of technical issues that arise during construction. The role includes preparing and reviewing site reports, maintaining accurate documentation, and communicating progress and risks to project managers and other stakeholders. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and suppliers to keep the project on schedule and within defined quality and compliance requirements.
Qualifications

• Strong on-site project experience, including supervision of construction activities and familiarity with field safety practices.
• Proficiency in structural engineering and civil engineering concepts relevant to architectural and infrastructure projects.
• demonstrated quality control skills, including inspection, testing coordination, and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and clients, and for preparing clear reports and documentation.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related discipline.
• Experience with construction drawings, building codes, and relevant design and project management software (e.g., AutoCAD, BIM tools, MS Project) is beneficial.
• Ability to work independently at site locations, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing project requirements.
• Prior experience in large-scale industrial or infrastructure projects and familiarity with Hyundai E&C standards is an advantage.
