Site Architect/Civil engineer

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and supervise day-to-day site execution and construction activities.
• • Monitor work progress as per approved architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
• • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors and client representatives at site.
• • Review drawings and identify discrepancies or execution-related issues.
• • Take site measurements and verify work quantities as required
• • Check the quality of materials and workmanship at site.
• • Coordinate with the design team for drawing clarifications and revisions.
• • Monitor project progress against the planned schedule.
• • Prepare and maintain site reports, progress reports, measurements and other project documentation.
• • Assist in preparation and verification of BOQs, estimates and contractor bills.
• • Verify work completed at site against BOQ and approved drawings.
• • Conduct inspections and ensure proper implementation of specifications and details.
• • Identify site issues and coordinate with the concerned teams for timely resolution.
• • Attend site meetings and coordinate with the client and project stakeholders.
• • Ensure compliance with applicable construction standards, safety requirements and project specifications.
