Site Acquisition ( Rent Renewal Project )

SA Executive Field Job

• Identify potential sites in non-urban areas.
• Conduct site surveys and feasibility checks.
• Coordinate and complete site acquisition within timelines.
• Negotiate with landowners and finalize agreements.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, RF and Deployment teams.
• Ensure statutory and company compliance.
• Maintain good relationships with landowners and stakeholders.
• Resolve landowner queries and payment-related issues.
• Prepare and submit site survey/acquisition reports.
• Coordinate site handover to the Deployment team.
• Build relationships with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
• Qualification: Graduate.
• Experience: 1–6 years.
• Skills: Negotiation, problem-solving, relationship building & interpersonal skills.
• Languages: English & Hindi.
