Roles & Responsibilities Site Accountant (Construction Field)
- Maintain daily site accounts, cash book, and expense records
- Manage site petty cash and prepare cash statements
- Verify vendor, subcontractor, and labour bills
- Prepare RA bills, payment statements, and supporting documents
- Maintain labour attendance and wage payment records
- Record material purchases and track project expenses
- Perform vendor and bank reconciliations
- Maintain GST, TDS, and other statutory records
- Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports for management
- Coordinate with Project, Store, Purchase, and Head Office Accounts teams
- Maintain proper filing and documentation of all financial records
- Monitor project expenses and support cost control activities
