Job Title: Integration Support Analyst

Job Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full Time

About the Role Support the Integrations Lead in configuring, testing, and validating integrations between Sirion CLM and client enterprise systems.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with integration configuration, API testing, and troubleshooting across connected platforms
• Document integration data flows, field mappings, and test cases; maintain integration logs and issue trackers
• Execute integration test scripts and support UAT, logging defects and coordinating with client IT for resolution
• Monitor integration runs during cutover and hypercare; escalate anomalies to the Integrations Lead
• Assist with SSO configuration and user provisioning activities as directed

Preferred Experience & Attributes:

• 1–3 years of experience in a technical implementation or systems support role; exposure to REST APIs, middleware tools, or enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a plus
• Strong communication skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
• Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective
• Ability to manage and effectively balance multiple clients and systems designs
