About this role
Job Title: Integration Support Analyst
Job Location: Bangalore Job Type: Full Time
About the Role Support the Integrations Lead in configuring, testing, and validating integrations between Sirion CLM and client enterprise systems.
What You’ll Do
- Assist with integration configuration, API testing, and troubleshooting across connected platforms
- Document integration data flows, field mappings, and test cases; maintain integration logs and issue trackers
- Execute integration test scripts and support UAT, logging defects and coordinating with client IT for resolution
- Monitor integration runs during cutover and hypercare; escalate anomalies to the Integrations Lead
- Assist with SSO configuration and user provisioning activities as directed
Preferred Experience & Attributes:
- 1–3 years of experience in a technical implementation or systems support role; exposure to REST APIs, middleware tools, or enterprise platforms (SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow) a plus
- Strong communication skills with the ability to foster an environment of collaboration and excellence
- Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to think from a big picture perspective
- Ability to manage and effectively balance multiple clients and systems designs
