Stamping simulation of automotive stampings, feasibility studies, formability studies, die size calculations, material utilization
Expertise in using Autoform for stamping simulations (one step and multi-step stamping)
Experience in product design change process for process feasibility and formability.
Experience with blank size optimization
Knowledge of various types of dies used in automotive industry
Manufacturing or tool room experience preferred
Knowledge of GD&T
