Simulation Engineer - TCAD

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and calibrate TCAD models for advanced logic and memory technology nodes
• Use the developed models to quantify device-level impact of process changes
• Simulate process integration flows for the latest technology nodes
• Build physics-based models to capture nanoscale device phenomena
• Work with other simulation engineers to guide the development and optimization of next generation semiconductor production equipment

Preferred candidate profile

• Ph.D. in Microelectronics, Physics with a strong background in semiconductor device physics and semiconductor process technology
• At least 2 years of Post doctorate / industry experience
• Possesses strong knowledge of process integration flows for advanced technology nodes
• Experience in Hands-on cleanroom/Fab in PVD/CVD/ALD processes
• Familiar with more than one TCAD simulator is preferred
• Strong strategic planning, problem solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work in a challenging and fast-paced customer-focused and industrial environment
• Fluency in Japanese is preferred
• Open to travel when needed
