About the Team: At ZF, Research and Development (R&D), which plays a key role in shaping the future of mobility. Their R&D team combines specific know-how in various technology fields with current trends in mobility, aiming to develop innovative solutions that enhance safety, efficiency, and sustainability

• 4-6 Years (Preferable: ANSYS, ANSYS Fluent, MSC Nastran, LS DYNA, n-Code, MBD)
• Design optimization techniques
• Knowledge of PTC- CREO, Python
• Good theoretical and Analytical knowledge in Engineering Mechanics, Design and Engineering materials and Finite Element Methods.
• Good in Analytical Calculation, FEA report preparation and presentation skills.
• Simulation Automation , Knowledge of Fatigue Life Estimation.
• Knowledge of Simulation Data Management
• Engage in close collaboration with global simulation and design specialists.
• Your profile as Simulation-Digital Twin Engineer (m/f/d): Multiphysics simulation (Structural, thermal, fluid, electromagnetic)
• Virtual representation of physical systems, interpret analysis results and suggest best solution to design team.
• Development, planning of the simulation model, validation process in accordance with ASME V&V 10-2019
• Correlation of simulation results with test data/results.
• Creation of simulation procedures for Hybrid Release
• Delivery the FEA results in first time right and on time (FTRoT).
• Support in the creation of design guidelines
• Real-time data integration from sensors
