In this role, Kamal will lead the growth strategy and market expansion for the Payer AI Platform, helping health plans modernize operations through connected workflows, intelligent automation, and a unified data foundation. 

Kamal has served in a senior sales leadership position at Simplify Healthcare for more than three years and has played a key role in strengthening relationships with the company's growing customer base and expanding adoption of solutions that help payers improve compliance, efficiency, and business performance. 

Kamal has been instrumental in helping health plans navigate increasingly complex operational and regulatory challenges while advancing their digital transformation strategies, said Ruchir Ranjan, Chief Executive Officer of Simplify Healthcare®. Her deep understanding of the payer market, customer-first approach, and ability to translate innovation into measurable business value make her uniquely positioned to help shape our strategic direction and lead our next phase of market expansion. In her new role, Kamal will focus on accelerating adoption of Simplify Healthcare's Payer AI Platform, which enables health plans to streamline operations across key business domains, including benefits lifecycle management, provider operations, customer experience, and performance intelligence. Built on a unified payer context layer, the platform enables health plans to improve decision-making, increase operational consistency, and scale performance across the enterprise.
