Top mandatory skills:

• Experience in product engineering on complex SoCs/CPUs: silicon characterization (Vmin/Fmax charz), across process corners and temperature
• Yield debug: bin Paretos, wafer maps, fail signatures, root cause of parametric and functional loss
• ATE data (Advantest 93K) and debugging failing or marginal units
• Strong data analysis and statistics for large datasets

Nice-to-have secondary skills:

• AI experience
• SQL or manufacturing data systems
• Test-time reduction and adaptive test

What should not be considered:

• Data scientists or analysts with no semiconductor test background
• Excel-only analysts with no Python
