Bachelors degree in Computer science/IT/Engineering or a related field.
Location Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune/Noida/Gurgaon
Role & responsibility:
- Hands-on experience of 5-12 yrs
• Siebel Configuration
o Good knowledge & work experience on Account & Contact management
o Good knowledge & work experience on Assistant Agent Billing Care
o Siebel CRM Scripting /Open UI
• CRM order Management, CSW & EAI
• Siebel Workforce management
• Siebel PRM/ Dealer management,
• Siebel Field Service
• Siebel BI Publisher Reports
• Siebel Version 20.xxxx and above experience should be preferred
• Telco Experience is must
• Good to have RODOD Implementation knowledgesibilities
