• Strong knowledge of Siebel Tools, Oracle SQL, and production support activities.

Job Description-

• Worked as a Business Analyst for Oracle Siebel CRM applications and CRM enhancement projects.
• Gathered and analyzed business requirements from stakeholders and business users.
• Prepared Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and process flow documents.
• Conducted requirement gathering workshops, client meetings, and gap analysis sessions.
• Coordinated with development, testing, and support teams for successful project delivery.
• Translated business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Worked closely with CRM users to understand business processes and system improvement needs.
