Shuttering Foreman

Roles and Responsibilities -

• Supervise shuttering operations during construction projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
  
• Conduct quality control checks on shuttering materials, ensuring they meet required specifications.
  
• Plan and coordinate shuttering activities to minimize delays and optimize resource utilization.
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve issues related to shuttering installation, removal, or modification.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation of all shuttering-related activities, including records of materials used and labor hours worked.
  

Desired Candidate Profile -

• 10-12 years of experience in building construction, preferably in high rise buildings or Mivan shuttering.
  
• Strong knowledge of shuttering systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
  
• Ability to read blueprints and understand project requirements from technical drawings.
