Showroom Sales Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop business through Architects, Interior Designers, Contractors, Dealers, Builders and Project Customers.

• Regularly visit architects, interior designers and dealers in the assigned local market.

• Identify new dealers and business opportunities to expand the market.

• Manage showroom sales operations, including inventory management, customer service, and team leadership.
  
• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue through effective business development and marketing efforts.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive growth in interior solutions products and services.
  
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategy and optimize performance.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  

Required Skills

• Strong sales and business development skills.

• Good knowledge of Decorative Panels / Interior Products / Architectural Materials.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Strong relationship-building and follow-up abilities.

• Willingness to travel for regular field visits.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated.

• Good knowledge of the local market.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM and sales reporting.
