About the Role

As a Showroom Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the sales operations of the Experience Centre, driving revenue growth, managing a team of sales consultants, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will oversee the complete customer journey from enquiry generation to project closure while maintaining operational excellence and achieving business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in modular interiors, furniture, home dcor, luxury retail, real estate, or related industries.
• Minimum 2-3 years of team handling experience.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Background

• Experience with brands such as HomeLane, Livspace, IKEA, Godrej Interio, Pepperfry, Stanley, Durian, Bonito Designs, Spacewood, or similar interior/furniture organizations.
• Strong understanding of modular kitchens, wardrobes, custom furniture, and interior solutions.
