Showroom Sales Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Associate to support sales operations, handle customer leads, and deliver an excellent in-store experience. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with a passion for sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support

• Assist customers by providing accurate product information and guidance
• Support the sales team in handling inquiries and closing sales
• Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets

Lead Management

• Handle incoming leads from walk-ins, phone calls, and online inquiries
• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales
• Maintain and update lead details in records or system
• Coordinate with the sales team for effective lead conversion

Customer Experience

• Interact with customers to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions
• Ensure a friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach at all times
• Handle customer concerns and escalate when required

Showroom Operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom
• Ensure proper product display and arrangement
• Support day-to-day showroom activities

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Work closely with the sales team for smooth operations
• Share updates on leads, sales activities, and customer feedback
• Report recurring product or customer issues

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist in basic promotional or social media activities when required
• Collect customer feedback to improve service quality
• Take initiative in supporting store operations and team tasks

Requirements

• Basic communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow up and manage customer leads
• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage
