Job Description

We are looking for a customer-focused Showroom Sales Executive for our Experience Centre. The candidate will be responsible for welcoming walk-in customers, showcasing modular interior solutions, understanding customer requirements, and converting enquiries into sales.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and provide a tour of the Experience Centre.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable modular interior packages and designs.
• Explain product materials, finishes, and project timelines clearly.
• Follow up with potential customers to convert enquiries into confirmed sales.
• Coordinate with the design team to present quotations and 3D views to customers.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and ensure a positive showroom experience.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Experience in interior, furniture, or luxury retail sales.
• Strong customer-handling and sales-conversion skills.
• Ability to explain materials, finishes, and project timelines.
• Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Qualification

Any Graduate or relevant qualification.
