Role Description The Showroom Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the showroom and ensuring an excellent client experience. This role involves greeting and engaging visitors, understanding their requirements, presenting product options, and guiding them through design and purchase decisions. The Showroom Manager will supervise staff, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and aligned with brand guidelines. Additional responsibilities include tracking sales performance, managing inquiries and follow-ups, coordinating with design and production teams, and handling customer feedback to support continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Experience, with the ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Proven Customer Service skills, including handling inquiries, resolving issues, and managing feedback professionally.
- Demonstrated Sales abilities, including consultative selling, upselling, and closing deals in a showroom or retail environment.
- Experience managing or working in Showrooms, with understanding of visual merchandising and daily operational processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and client-centric approach.
- Ability to lead and motivate a small team, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Comfort with basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools; exposure to interior design or modular furniture is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
