Manage daily showroom operations and staff. Achieve sales targets and monitor team performance.

• Manage jewellery stock, inventory, and stock requirements.
• Coordinate with Head Office for stock purchases and deliveries.
• Monitor billing, cash handling, and daily closing.
• Maintain showroom display, discipline, and customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues.
• Prepare daily and monthly sales and stock reports.
