Showroom Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the showroom, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets, utilizing CRM tools to track performance.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering stock, managing stock levels, and conducting regular audits to minimize waste and optimize storage space.
• Lead a team of sales associates, providing guidance on product knowledge, customer service standards, and goal setting.

Job Requirements :

• 7-20 years of experience in retail management with expertise in showroom operations.
• Proven track record in developing successful business plans and achieving sales targets through effective marketing strategies.
• Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate teams towards common goals; strong communication skills for building relationships with customers and colleagues alike.
