Showroom Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage daily operations of the home decor & furnishing showroom, ensuring efficient floor management and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee store merchandising, including visual displays, inventory control, and stock replenishment.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness, organization, and maintenance throughout the showroom.

Job Requirements :

• 8-30 years of experience in retail operations or related field (home decor & furnishings).
• Strong knowledge of carpeting, curtains, flooring, furnishing fabrics such as linen and wallpaper.
• Proven track record in managing large retail spaces with multiple departments.
