Showroom Hostess

About the Role:
We are looking for a friendly, well-groomed, and customer-focused Host to welcome customers and ensure they have an excellent experience in our jewellery showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers visiting the showroom.
• Guide customers and connect them with the sales team.
• Offer refreshments and ensure customer comfort.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally.
• Maintain customer records and collect feedback.
• Support showroom events, exhibitions, and promotional activities.
• Assist with social media content and customer engagement initiatives.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional showroom environment.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer service, hospitality, retail, or front-office experience preferred.
• Well-groomed personality and professional appearance.
• Basic computer knowledge.
