Showroom Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in customers in the showroom
• Understand customer needs and suggest suitable tile designs and concepts
• Explain product features, benefits, pricing, and offers
• Coordinate with the sales and design team for customized solutions
• Maintain the visual appeal of the showroom and product displays
• Follow up with clients for quotations, orders, and feedback
• Keep records of customer visits and maintain client database
• Support showroom events and architect/builder meet-ups as needed.
