About the Role

Were looking for a sharp Short-form Script Writer who lives and breathes Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and viral content. Youll work directly with our strategy team to craft scripts for 10+ founder brands - turning their expertise into content that gets watched, saved, and shared.

What Youll Do

• Write 20-30 short-form scripts per month for multiple founder accounts across niches (real estate, architecture, fitness, tech, finance).
• Research trending hooks, formats, and audio trends weekly.
• Collaborate with the content strategist to match scripts to content pillars.
• Write punchy captions, CTAs, and on-screen text copy.
• Iterate based on reel performance data (what hooks are working, whats not).

What Were Looking For

• Strong understanding of short-form content structure: hook retain payoff CTA.
• Ability to write in different founder voices - you adapt, not impose.
• Knowledge of what makes Reels go viral: hooks, pacing, emotional triggers.
• Comfortable working fast - scripts are due on a weekly cadence.
• Portfolio or samples of at least 3-5 scripts or reels youve written.
• Fluency in English; Telugu/Hindi writing is a bonus.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience writing for personal brands, founders, or creators.
• Understanding of Instagram analytics - reach, saves, shares.
• Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Docs, or ClickUp.
