The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, optimizing, and continuously improving our e-commerce websites to ensure an exceptional customer experience and maximum conversion rates. This is an

in-house role , requiring close collaboration with our marketing, design, merchandising, and operations teams. Key ResponsibilitiesWebsite Development & Maintenance

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify websites.
• Customize Shopify themes using Liquid, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Shopify APIs.
• Create new landing pages, collection pages, and product pages.
• Ensure all website pages are mobile responsive.
• Maintain website speed and performance. Store Management
• Upload and manage products, collections, and inventory.
• Configure discounts, coupons, gift cards, and promotional campaigns.
• Maintain navigation menus and site structure.
• Manage metafields and product attributes. Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
• Improve user experience and customer journey.
• Optimize checkout flow to improve conversion rates.
• Implement A/B testing for landing pages and product pages.
• Reduce cart abandonment. App & Integration Management
• Install, configure, and maintain Shopify apps.
• Integrate third-party tools such as:
• CRM
• WhatsApp
• Payment Gateways
• Shipping Partners
• Google Analytics
• Meta Pixel
• Google Ads Conversion Tracking
• Email Marketing Platforms SEO & Performance
• Optimize website for technical SEO.
• Improve Core Web Vitals.
• Maintain structured data and schema.
• Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Analytics. Troubleshooting
• Resolve website bugs and technical issues.
• Monitor broken links and fix errors promptly.
• Ensure website security and regular backups. Analytics & Reporting
• Track website KPIs including:
• Traffic
• Conversion Rate
• Average Order Value (AOV)
• Revenue
• Bounce Rate
• Generate weekly and monthly performance reports. Collaboration
• Work closely with:
• Marketing Team
• Graphic Designers
• Content Team
• Performance Marketing Team
• Operations Team Required SkillsTechnical Skills
• Strong experience with Shopify Admin.
• Shopify Theme Development.
• Shopify Liquid.
• HTML5.
• CSS3.
• Responsive Web Design. Nice to Have
• Experience with Shopify Plus.
• Experience with Shopify Flow.
• Knowledge of Klaviyo or similar email marketing tools.
• Experience integrating ERP/CRM systems.
• Basic knowledge of Photoshop or Figma.
