Shopify Operations Executive | Work from Home

Responsibilities

• Create and update product listings, including descriptions, images, variants, pricing, and collections.
• Monitor inventory and keep product availability accurate.
• Process orders, coordinate fulfillment, and update tracking information.
• Manage dropshipping orders, coordinate with suppliers, confirm stock availability, and resolve shipment issues.
• Set up discounts and promotions, and verify that they work correctly.
• Troubleshoot product, cart, checkout, and order issues.
• Review store reports and maintain operational records.
• Coordinate with customer service, suppliers, warehouse teams, and developers to resolve issues.

Requirements

• 2 - 4 years of hands-on Shopify operations experience.
• Experience managing dropshipping operations, including supplier coordination, order placement, and shipment tracking.
• Strong knowledge of Shopify products, orders, inventory, discounts, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and MS Excel.
• Good written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
• Availability to work remotely from 5 PM - 3 AM IST.
