Shopify Executive

About the Role

We're looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Shopify Executive who understands e-commerce, has a strong sense of website aesthetics, and can manage Shopify stores from setup to optimisation.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working with Shopify themes, product catalogues, apps, and customisations while ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, manage, and maintain Shopify e-commerce websites.
• Customise Shopify themes, layouts, sections, and landing pages.
• Upload and manage products, collections, variants, pricing, and inventory.
• Implement website design changes to improve aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
• Install, configure, and manage Shopify apps and integrations.
• Work with Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for website customisations.
• Optimise product pages, navigation, menus, filters, and checkout experiences.
• Troubleshoot website errors, bugs, and technical issues.
• Improve website speed, mobile responsiveness, and overall performance.
• Implement discount codes, promotional banners, offers, and sales campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, marketers, and developers to execute website requirements.
• Support conversion rate optimisation (CRO) and SEO best practices.
• Manage bulk product uploads, CSV imports/exports, and metafields.
  

Required Skills

• 0.5-2 Years Hands-on experience with Shopify website management.
• Good understanding of Shopify Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Shopify themes, custom sections, and page builders.
• Strong knowledge of product management, collections, metafields, and Shopify apps.
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and e-commerce website aesthetics.
• Familiarity with mobile optimisation, website speed, and technical SEO.
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Shopify 2.0 themes and custom development.
• Knowledge of Shopify Markets and international e-commerce.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel, and Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with AI tools for website development and optimisation.
• Basic understanding of CRO, customer journeys, and D2C brands.
