Shop Promoter

Roles & Responsibilities

• Promote and sell KENT products at the store/shop.
• Explain product features, benefits, and available offers to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Provide product demonstrations and assist customers with purchases.
• Attend walk-in customers and resolve product-related queries.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Maintain customer leads and conduct regular follow-ups.
• Ensure proper product display and visibility in the store.
• Submit daily sales and activity reports to the supervisor.
• Coordinate with store staff to improve sales performance.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 6 months to 3 years of experience in Retail Sales, Shop Promoter, Consumer Durables, FMCG, or related sales roles.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Hindi communication is mandatory; Marathi and English knowledge is preferred.
• Target-oriented with a strong sales attitude.
• Presentable personality and positive attitude.
• Ability to explain products clearly and convince customers.
